Delicious treats! The bubble waffles (especially the Biscoff Cheesecake) were great. LOVE that you serve Josh & Johns ice cream, it’s a favorite of ours. The boba was good, too. I wish I had known you guys were over there before today, just happened to see the building when doing a u-turn.

I'm not gonna lie, this place is SO incredible that we had to make a rule where we could only walk there (we live close-ish) if we wanted boba or one of their mouth-watering bubble waffles. Purely so we don't gain 30 lbs from constantly getting boba & waffles.
Absolutely amazing. A blessing and a curse it's so close to our house, but I wouldn't go anywhere else for a sweet treat!

If you’re in the area or even not, make it a point to go try this place out. The team there is incredibly kind and I love love the Tiger Boba, it is my favorite. Even though a nearby road is closed on my specific route making me have to detour around them, it’s still worth driving down to get some treats! Thank you guys!

This place is delightful. The waffles are sooo good, it wasn’t overly sweet, and the staff was kind. The Biscoff Cheesecake is my favorite. My daughter got boba and she loved it. Sizing was generous. We can’t wait to come back!
